My life revolves 100% around physical fitness (running, cycling, kayaking, swimming, mountain biking, fishing, hiking, cardio classes, lifting weights) and nutrition. I love my glass or two of red wine (Zin) each evening as I wind down. But my love of God and Church are second to none.
