I'm rod and I have been a seafarer for nearly 40 years and have had the privilege to have travelled to the Antarctic and the Arctic and many different parts of the world.
I'm a chef by trade but I also love to cook at home and I enjoy going to live bands.
I like the outdoors and I go hiking often and walk for miles I have done the royal military canal starting from folkestone to hythe then to rye only took 8 hrs a nice walk.
