Hello, my life is very different since my brain haemorrhage and speech and language disability (aphasia), 30 years ago but that doesn’t mean that I just want to watch TV and be on my own!

I’m also half paralysed now and I have a mobility scooter which isn’t very cool but it gets me out and about. I said it up a self help group and I’ve done a lot of raising awareness of Aphasia over the years. I like doing adaptive yoga and using my static bike riding nowhere fast!
