I think that a good life is a matter of perspective, if you're able to be whole on the inside then you can handle anything. I'm passionate about ways to improve thoughts and feelings, the connection between mind and body. My mornings begin with gratitude and appreciation for another day. I try to be compassionate, kind, nonjudgmental, considerate, and humble, but also assertive towards what I want. I enjoy learning new things, being outdoors, hiking, swimming, playing sports, watching movies, and long walks in the woods. I have a great sense of humor and also love to play ice hockey.

Common interests are always a plus, but personality and emotional connection will always win out.
