I am physically and intellectually very active, creative, energetic, and healthy. I am compassionate, open minded, and very curious. I love life and want to make the most of every day and night that I live. I want to help people, especially those that that are held back by a lack of confidence or understanding. I believe that with thoughtful assessment, energy, honesty, and compassion, a workable solution can be found for most problems.
My personal happiness comes from helping others and knowing that I had a part in their happiness. I invent products and strategies to do that. A good friend of mine is a nurse that has traveled many times to Nepal to administer first aid. She told me that when she leaves they revert back to their old ways, but they never forget that she travels half-way around the world to show them that she cares!
This life will not be easy nor comfortable. It may be too much for you. I don't have much baggage and I am not looking for baggage in a sailing partner. If you are escaping unhappiness, I am sorry but I am looking for a sailing partner that is happy, fun, able to give and accept love, is curious, and is interested in getting to know indigenous families and doing what we can to make people and animals happier. In this country we are very fortunate to have access to knowledge and resources. In other countries people often have a stronger family and community support system than we have in the USA. I believe that together, we can make people happier, mostly by showing them that we care!
Blue-water sailing is very difficult at times and can be dangerous! Our two cool heads should keep us out of most dangerous situations, and get us through the unfortunate ones. Our time in ports and on beaches, should be wonderful! I am very thoughtful and careful. I will make life on the water as safe and as fun as possible! We will have ubiquitous internet access, thanks to the new Starlink constellation of low earth orbit satellites. I have spent 43-years securing this country's most critical assets, so much of that experience will be relevant to making the boat safe and as comfortable as possible.
I have had numerous companies and have had several big successes. On the other hand, I have never been able to put money aside for the future. That is why I must sell my home to buy a boat. I do have a social security check that arrives each month, so I have some degree of sustainability. I also currently work as a handyman during the day and have built a non-profit (501C3) that will certainly help to make this boat life sustainable. The non-profit will be helping millions of children and adults to be happier with my inventions.
At this time, I am not looking for a romantic partner. I have one, however: she is not interested in joining me aboard the boat. She does not share my vegan diet nor the health benefits of it. She is however; very kind and sweet and we have made a pledge to each other based on our personal integrity. She simply lacks the desire for this lifestyle. She does share my desire to make others happy.
