I am funny, unselfish, multi-facetted and gregarious. There, short and snappy without a trace of self-importance! I have a lot to offer the future Mrs Right in many ways and I will make her head spin, her heart flutter and her spleen give her that funny feeling you get when a lift falls too fast at the start. I am looking for someone who is truly themselves around me and who isn't driven to kill by me being me. Someone who has class yet is wild at times, someone comfortable in their own skin and who is tactile, confident yet needs a box of tissues to watch Dumbo. The film not the actual elephant.
I am in no rush to find someone. Just The One. I am honest and loyal (like a labrador) and offbeat and playful (like a collie). If you hate dogs then this may be a bridge too far for you, as might my young son for whom I am the main parent (best job in the world). But for the future Mrs Right these will not be problems, they will be bonuses, as will her children and four storey hamster commune be for me. I am a chilled yet driven, relaxed yet focused, passionate yet balanced person who probably uses the word "yet" slightly too often. I am confident but have no ego and I'm optimistic and nearly always have a plan "B" when plan "A" wanders off-track.
A contradiction, an enigma, fascinating - these are also words. I am emotionally intelligent and I have a real zest for life.I divide my time between work, my son and friends. All means a great deal to me and they each give me an arena in which to excel. Albeit at concentrating, laughing or arguing. Doesn't matter which really, all equates to being alive right? I have faults and try to work on them but sometimes I hug them close to me because in this increasingly airbrushed existence it's refreshing to have differences even if they're faults.I have quite a dry sense of humour so if you can make me laugh then that would be helpful. On the other hand if you don't make me laugh but you do make me curious that would be good also. If you can manage both then I see us running towards the surf.
