I'm a former professional musician who took a change of direction to study law before my daughter was born and now I work in the civil service and co-parent my half Scottishhalf Polish daughter as, I guess, a 'single parent half of the time'. It was the best decision I ever made because my daughter has taught me a lot about patience, kindness and responsibility. I made a conscious decision to concentrate on her for the last five years but now she has decided that she wants me to date someone who has a child her age that she can play with. Everything is so simple when you are only five but why not? I enjoy my life, my job and my time but it did get me thinking..... I'd like to meet someone intelligent (education is a big thing), creative, kind, grounded, attractive. I'm not in any kind of rush: some interesting conversation would be good.
