I'm 74 but I consider myself to be a young 74. I'm fairly tall and slim and I go to the gym to counteract the effects of age on muscles and bones. I watch a lot of sport, mainly football, and I have a season ticket at Burnley. I play golf in Summer and table tennis in Winter, but not obsessively. I have a rescue Jack Russell but he is 15 so he walks slowly and not very far. I would like to do more walking. I enjoy going out for meals and holidays, especially cruising.
