I am ambitious, I have lots of new places I would like to see. I am energetic and have several hobbies. brI enjoy long, joke filled conversations on a wide range of topics and always try to keep up with current affairs. I love cooking, eating out at great food places. brI like playing the piano as a beginner so far, reading on a wide range of topics especially thrillers and watching TV dramas, legal, medical, police, education based and action series are my favourites. I thoroughly enjoyed In the Line of Duty and of course Game of Thrones. I also enjoy good cinema. brOn the serious side, I am a postgraduate law student with plans to do some pro bono work within my community as a solicitor later on. I am really interested in modern history, even though I taught science for many years, with success and enjoyment before becoming an Education Adviser in Guyana. I have a deep interest in Black History and am a real fan of Barack Obama. brI have a good sense of humour, including offbeat and quirky humour. brI am broadminded and love to debate. I have some passionate beliefs but not overwhelming. brI am family oriented and believe in the value of true friendship, especially long established ones from way back then. brI hope to travel again in 2020, get fitter, redecorate at home and get the garden into shape. brThis is a brilliant stage in a persons life, just following the lead of your heart and your mind, having covered, hopefully with success, all the things a person should feel accomplished about in their life; home, children, work, travels and acquisitions of which you are proud . I feel at ease with the way I have charted my time, but realise that this could be the start of a great new phase post retirement. brThankfully, I am fit and keen to maintain an active life with new endeavours. brI hope to meet someone who would like to join me on all of tomorrows life journeys.
