I am asked by people how I can be so laid back about the problems I am suffering when they would be constantly nagging the NHS.All that does is wind me up and make me depressed.I just extend my bucket list and look forward to freedom.I am 95 of the the way now having proved them wrong by learning to walk on my own.Three years is a long time after my fall from the attic but reconstruction surgery for my knee is scheduled when they can get me a bed
one more set of bloods then I have passed all the tests so ready to go if no more strikes

I spent a whole morning putting peanut butter as suggested by the internet on his face to soften and remove the .gum.He thought it was a fun game we were playing as the gum stretched when stuck to baking paper
Luci	12:39 pm Sunday, 26^th June, 2022 Online shopping I have just spent ages trying to place an order with Asda due to the fact that you have the exact names of products before the find will work.They have about 16 varieties of cooked ham to wade through and jelly brought up cat food. It doesn't help if you have help from an active pup who likes Watching the lights on the tablet and helps to press the buttoms. Luci	9:56 pm Wednesday, 29^th June, 2022 Tennis The day we had the thunder our game in the garden was cut short and Polo left his ball behind which he can't find now Tonight he was lurking on the arm of my chair where he can see out of the widow and the tv. Andy Murray was about to serve and he bounced the ball off the floor first.He flew off the chair and was looking everywhere underneath and behind the telly for his ball, barking at Andy.I am going to have to make sure it is switched off the tennis in future to make sure he cant knock the telly over.
Luci	4:28 pm Wednesday, 31^st August, 2022 Driving As my grandson was coming today to take us shopping I thought it was now or never to see if the work I have been putting in to strengthen my knee has paid off.I had no problem driving his car so the question is now Automatic or manual.After a mega shop in Lidl we had lunch in the Lion Pub,if it is good enough for Prince Charles it's Ok by us.Could do with forty winks now.

Luci	12:16 pm Tuesday, 16^th August, 2022 Apples Due to the hot weather the last week my pup has not been allowed in the garden in the day.Being much cooler today and spoting with rain I have opened the back door and given him a free run.He is collecting all the windfall Apple's ,my kitchen is full of them.Also it is so nice to see the little birds back.The food I gave them disappeared in a very short time but I will give them more this evening.

Luci	11:31 am Thursday, 14^th July, 2022 Covid It is my granddaughters' graduation ceremony next week . A lot of organising has gone in to making the day special for her.Even her brothers are co-operating for a change.Last night she did her covid test Only to find it postitive.This means for the next week we will all have to Isolate to make sure we don't catch it. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security. It is still out there and getting more active.

Luci	12:17 am Thursday, 3^rd November, 2022 Noah As it was only drizzling went to get something from the freezer in the shed.Next minute the heavens opened and I couldn,t see out of the window it was like being behind the waterfall in the Beacons.we were trapped in there for nearly half and hour.On our return journey Polo still managed to located a very bedraggled robin but he was in luck as there was bird food left on the shelf.we have had at least 15" of rain since last weekend.Hopefully the monsoon season has ended now and it will go back to normal showers

polo I have a 6 mth old pup who helped himself to the chewing gum pot. I spent a whole morning putting peanut butter as suggested by the internet on his face to soften and remove the .gum.He thought it was a fun game we were playing as the gum stretched when stuck to baking paper

Cooking I am so glad that last week when I was up very early I prepared and cooked four caseroles, made cottage pies and chicken curry.Now in this hot weather it is only steam veg in the mocrowave and dinner is ready.
