I had a secondary education in Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent and Dovercourt in Essex. My Father changed jobs. I joined the Royal Navy in 1961. Came out in 1985 when I hit 40. I could have ploughed on. With the benefit of hind site I would be getting a larger pension than I'm getting now. I have always looked after my self. Exercising daily. I still have a couple of excercises I do when I get up. I retired at 60. By then I was married with 2 children both boys my oldest died in 2011. An awful day, I shed the odd tear when I look at his photo. My other son has given me a grand daughter who in turn has given me a great grandson. My wife died in 2021. I am now living alone, not recommended. I enjoy having to cook, no junk food. The occasional fish and chips from the chippy down the road. I am hoping to find a lovely lady to spend some time with. Going to nice restaurants or Gastro pubs. Or anything she would like to do. I live in hope. I play guitar and banjo. I almost for gt that.
