I am on a crash course to be the best I can be, both mentally and physically! Shedding all the negativity from my past life...like I am breaking out of a cocoon and spreading my wings for the first time! It is a truly amazing feeling! I start every day with a long walk, enjoying the beauty of nature that surrounds us. I end each day exploring my creative side...playing guitar or painting. My goal is to change my 'Body Type' from Average Build to Athletic...never too late for that, right?? LOL. I have 3 awesome sons, 2 grandsons, a great job, a roof over my head, my toes in the sand and a drink in my hand…oops…okay the last part is from a song…my bad! I taught my sons the importance of being a gentlemen...as my father taught me. I will take great pleasure in opening a door for you, lending you my coat or picking a flower to stick in your hair. Now a bit about me and the things I love: I am an artist and have a passion for art. I play guitar and harmonica in a band, I love all types of music and LOVE to dance! I have a Pug named Ginger…she is ‘elderly’ (like me). She is the only female in my life…how bout changing that??
