I shoot (archery), go running and walking, potter in the garden and volunteer with my local Rivers Trust. Miss the dinghy sailing of my youth. Went scuba diving for a few years in my 50’s. I tried wild swimming and stand up paddle boarding in 2020. I'd like to do more cycling and some long distance walking, e.g. the Hadrian's Wall path. Indoors I enjoy reading novels (particularly historical) cryptic crosswords and am researching my family tree. I plan to move to the Kendal area. Am fairly widely travelled (not just lounging on a beach). Would like to do more, both abroad and in the UK. I'm hoping to meet a man who enjoys being outdoors, has a variety of interests, is educated, keeps himself fit, does not smoke and is taller than me !!Physicalsexual attraction between partners is important and it would be good if we shared one or two interests but I if you have a hobby you are passionate about I will give it a go.
