Retired, live in small country town located in a beautiful valley between two large mountain spurs; the town l has its own river and large lake all within 50 klms NW of Brisbane. The town is called Dayboro, The Town of Yesteryear. I spent 43 years in uniform serving full and part time. I am young at heart, generous and have a good sense of humour. I do not stray, deplore DV and have never raised a hand to a woman. Enjoy a wine on the back deck whilst enjoy the view with close friends. Keen on impromptu BBQs, travelling Australia. As a ex NAVy Officer no longer interested in sea going cruisers, prefer road travel Australia and New Zealand. Same with silver service dinners, had my share but does not mean I would turn my nose up to the odd one or two. Love plodding around the garden and marvel at Nature has achieved. Do not mind wetting a fishing line, have a lovely lake 10 minute drive away, abounds with fish and red claw.
