I think I'm a young 80 year old, only retired a few years ago. Not ready to be an old codger yet!I would be over the moon to meet someone with whom I could enjoy freetime with, go to places, eat out, perhaps even travel. Having worked (self-employed) until my mid 70s until I retired less than 5 years ago, I feel myself to be more in my late 60s or early 70s so it came as a bit of a shock to realise that I had reached my 80th year. My main activity outside work for the last 20 odd years has been running and playing in my New Orleans style jazz band which has kept me young at heart. I would say that I have an outgoing, friendly and generous nature with a normally happy-go-lucky demeanor. Cartilage problems with my knees have prevented me from being as active as I would like |
