My name Dai . I live in Brecon .Life is starting to get better and hopefully will continue on the right path now . I have a dog. My best friend in the whole world. Jordy has been my saviour and the catalyst to get me mobile again. In the last 2.5 years I have managed to loose 6 stones and keep active by having a passionate interest in filming wildlife. Especially badgers . I am quite a technical guy and have a good head on my shoulders. I took early retirement from management at 49 years old. I love to keep my head busy as my body has let me down a bit over the past 15 years or so . I have had my thoracic spine fused and that has meant having the bonnet open a few times . I now have a total of 18 screws in my back . Yes I am a bionic welshman !!! I don't like to admit to moaning about it but I do so I am told!! The tramadol and oramorph keep the pain controlled most of the time . Arthritis is moving in but I am determined to not give into it .
