If you haven't tried salsa dancing you should, honestly you'd love it!!, a lot of people including me think they got two left feet but you learn, I'm down the gym a lot so i guess I'm in pretty good shape for 46 (god i'm not really that old) i intend to be an old dancer, i think it's important to look after your self especially when you get older, positive happy and easy going (most of the time:-) ) meeting people making new friends having fun, enjoy life, :-) |
