I'm just looking for someone that loves the outdoors as much as me.Where do I start? I absolutely love the outdoors. Being outdoors has always been a really big part of my life. I go campinghiking, probably too much, but at least once a week, sometimes more. I'm medically retired from the Army, so needless to say, I have a lot of extra time. One of my favorite things to do is to take a look at a map, with satellite imagery, find an out of the way road, and just see where it leads. I love hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting. Although I don't hunt as much as I used to. I have a plethora of hobbies, and most of them have some aspect of the outdoors. I've recently got a angler kayak, so I've been putting some miles it at Parker Canyon Lake., and some at the Verde River. I have become pretty spontaneous lately, so it might be 8 or 9 o'clock, and I'll just grab my gear, at least 2 day supply of food, and just hit the mountains, or desert. I don't like camping sites, so I do a lot of dispersed camping. Just find a spot and set up camp. |
