I enjoy the conscious peace of being truely present with each other in the eternity of this moment.Compassion & willingness to help others without wanting anything in return matter far more to me than making a buck or acquiring material wealth.Being creative in nature is my default. I weave handspun wool from rarebreed sheep, I forage and cook outdoors, I watch coastal waders and try to Identify the various little brown blobs on stilts in a meaningful way. I capture mountain light and wild weather and store it in my camera. I keep focused, fit & flexible with qi gong, yoga, swimming & nature based mindful meditation. I'm exploring breath work (hopefully an extensive life long exploration) and the restorative power of sleep and in a bid to overcome long covid a low histamine diet. Plus the psychological and spiritual concept of non duality.Yes I really did just list eating, sleeping and breathing amongst my interests.
