I enjoy a variety of music, films , cooking and gardening. Live gigs, drives in the country and visits to the beach during Winter. My life is family orientated and I love family BBQ, celebrations and meals out.I retired 5 years ago due to having early onset arthritis. Although this is evident in other joints...The main issue for me is my back. At the moment it's managed with meds so providing I'm sensible can still find a way to do most day to day stuff. ( sensible is not always the fun option ) Usually I have a positive focus on what I can do not what I cant.
