What gets me happy is seeing improvement and success in my life in a healthy way. I like to continue pushing myself at the gym and see results with the weight I’m lifting and how long I can workout out versus how my body looks. I want to look presentable but not look like I eat the same food everyday if you know what I mean. I love gaming as well and playing with the same people consistently and realizing everyone enjoys the game they are playing versus feeling like it’s a chore to play. Another thing that helps is my dog Toby who’s practically my son as he pushes me to continue every single day and going on walks to get fresh air. I like climbing rocks and hiking as I love the workout as well as the continuous push you have to endure in order to complete it versus it being easy.
